Claudia Meyer is a Swiss multimedia artist currently living and working between Lucerne, Paris and Los Angeles.
Meyer initially trained in graphic design at the Hochschule für Gestaltung und Kunst in Lucerne and then later moved for a year to Germany, to Stuttgart, where she worked as a graphic artist alongside Anton Stankowski, and later to New York, where she studied at the Fashion Institute of Technology while simultaneously beginning to experiment with painting and the technique of screen printing.
Each room in our Art Hotel Gran Paradiso is a unique experience, enhanced by the works of international artists.
An extraordinary creation by @claudiameyercontemporaryart , a Swiss artist who blends art, nature and technology in perfect harmony.
Claudia Meyer, with her training in graphic design in Lucerne, brings a fascinating mix of design, fashion and innovative materials, such as recycled methacrylate, to her works.
Influenced by the constructivism of Mondrian and Malevič, the artist creates grids of light and spirals, symbols of a unique, fluid energy that runs through her sculptures.
Be inspired by the beauty and art that only Gran Paradiso can offer.
The work is located in room 122.
